Robey Spratt

Robey has been a broker with Atlantic Retail since 2015, starting shortly after graduating from the University of Mississippi’s school of Business Administration. Robey specializes in site selection, market analysis and strategy, deal negotiations, and dispositions for numerous retailers and restaurants. In addition, Robey works closely with developers and landlords to identify viable development sites and strategically lease their assets. In his free time, Robey enjoys numerous sports, fishing, skiing, hunting and music. Robey is a life-long North Carolinian and currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
