Roberto Cordero

Roberto Cordero joined the CBRE retail team in 2016, where he currently specializes in landlord and tenant representation. Roberto brings with him, a wealth of retail expertise and market knowledge on the ever-changing New England retail and restaurant scene. Roberto has worked with an array of institutional and regional landlords as well a wide range of tenants analyzing market voids and opportunities for expansion. Roberto is a strong believer in building lasting relationships by keeping integrity and character at the top of his priority list. He is passionately focused on providing results that meet his clients challenging real estate needs. Prior to joining CBRE Retail, Roberto had been part of the CBRE/NE Asset Services team since joining the company in 2014. He started with CBRE/NE as a Tenant Coordinator managing over 1 million square feet of Office, Industrial and Retail properties. Roberto was the recipient of the Retail Building of the Year award in 2016 by BOMA Boston.
