Having grown up in a family real estate and construction business, serving as an asset manager for a nation wide portfolio and brokering countless investment deals, I possess the skillset necessary to achieve the best results for my clients. I oversee the management of a team handling nearly 200 multifamily units, single tenant, industrial and medical properties. I have assisted my clients with the sale and purchase of buildings ranging in size from a five unit multifamily to an over $30 million acquisition as part of a 1031 exchange. When you hire me, you get my decades of experience and my superior negotiating skills which are a result of my involvement as both an investor and a broker. I’ve been on both sides of the deal and know the mindset of buyers and sellers. I know what terms will help my clients win deals and can protect my sellers from the infinite number of unqualified buyers who waste time and ultimately can cause you to sell for a lower price. The South Florida market is saturated with brokers eager to talk about the size of their team and the number of deals they sell annually. Nearly all will be headed by a senior broker who concentrates on the larger transaction but who will happily assign a less experienced broker to your project. Sure, they will assure you they are heavily involved but it’s simply not possible. The reason being, they have to split commissions many ways across their team which makes it necessary to divide up listings and let the senior broker concentrate on the bigger prize. I pride myself in taking on fewer listings but being involved in every aspect of the deal. I am your contact. I meet with all buyers and I negotiate every contract. My belief is it’s not about the amount of deals you sell but rather providing the highest level of service possible for clients. My goal is not to be the broker who sells the most amount of deals but rather the broker who has exceeded the expectations of my clients.
