Robert Veerman

Robert Veerman is a broker specializing in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing investment properties and development land. Robert joined the CBRE family in May 2014 as a financial analyst where he was actively involved in the underwriting, pitching and sale of more than $500 million in income properties and residential and commercial development land. Robert has been highly successful introducing and integrating fresh approaches to our analytical and marketing platforms. On top of his analytical duties, Robert continues to broaden the outreach of the team across Canada and internationally liaising with colleagues in Toronto, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Robert fully transitioned into the brokerage role in September 2017. He is a key player spearheading the team’s expansion into new markets. As a broker, he actively travels frequently to Hong Kong and Toronto directly outreaching to global capital and real estate investments. Locally in Metro Vancouver, Robert is firmly establishing himself as an emerging force for development and income producing real estate. Robert holds a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations: Global Business concentrating in Finance from the University of Southern California.
