Bob focuses his practice on providing transaction and advisory services to corporate owners and tenants of office, industrial and research & development (R&D) real estate. During his 30+ year career, Mr. Van Wormer has held positions as both a corporate real estate executive and as a broker/advisor. From representing start-ups for their initial premises, consulting with not-for-profits with their unique facilities challenges, to advising large national corporations with relocating their headquarters, Bob has completed thousands of corporate lease, sale, and consulting assignments located in approximately 100 different markets nationwide. Mr. Van Wormer is a member of CW’s Tenant Advisory Group, Industrial Forum and is a licensed real estate broker in both North Carolina and his native Massachusetts.
