Bob brings over 25 years of office and retail leasing experience to RM Friedland. Numerous office and retail projects have been successfully leased under his guidance. He was most recently with Avison Young, however, the majority of his career was spent at SRS Real Estate Partners, formerly known as The Staubach Company. He was a Managing Director of the Company’s Northeast region. After the Corporate Services division of Staubach merged with Jones Lang LaSalle, he spent two years there as Senior Vice President. In the past, Bob was the leasing agent for 505 Park Avenue, Tower 56, 40 West 57th Street and 90 William Street. He has represented such companies as Saatchi & Saatchi, The Ford Motor Company, NY1 News, Emirates Airlines and Fortress Investments. He has been honored twice by REBNY with Deal of the Year Awards, one of which was the Wasserstein Parella headquarters relocation. The REBNY retail deal of the year (Most Creative Deal of the Year) was for the Hard Rock Café relocation to Times Square. Bob graduated from Fordham University.
