Robert Sullivan

After over 3 years in the residential property management industry, Robert decided to make a career change into commercial real estate. He got his start in Denver, Colorado with KW Commercial Real Estate with focuses in retail, multi-family, and telecommunication assets. He now represents the largest privately held owner and operator of wireless communication assets in the nation; and is involved in the same facets of the industry with Carolina One Real Estate in Charleston, South Carolina. Robert was born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia. He spent much time on the ski slopes of Wintergreen Resort as a teenager which took him to The University of Montana, where he could take advantage of world class skiing. He has lived in both Charlottesville and Denver since graduation, gaining experience in residential property management in both places. Robert relocated to Charleston after a year and a half in Denver. He loves everything the area has to offer from its golf, hunting, fishing, and other water sports to its abundance of excellent food and friendly people.
