Robert Stover

Robert (“Bob”) Stover began his commercial real estate career in 1978 with a local multi-office commercial real estate firm and quickly learned the value of hands-on client/broker relationships. Although primarily focused on the San Gabriel Valley, Bob has completed lease and sale transactions throughout the Los Angeles Basin, Ventura County, Orange County and the Inland Empire. His experience with local and national companies as well as a number of years with national brokerage firms allow Bob an insight into the importance of a personal relationship between client and agent while utilizing a corporate resource platform that uses all avenues to provide the services a client needs and deserves. In 2001, Bob was "Broker of the Year" for the Los Angeles Brokerage office of Charles Dunn Company, achieved membership in "Charlie's Club", the firm's echelon of top producers, and was recipient of the "Largest Lease Transaction of the Year - Company-Wide" award. Bob has enjoyed great success by representing both landlords and tenants throughout Greater Los Angeles. A few of his clients include: Trader Joe's Company, Borg-Warner Corporation, U.S. Bancorp, Department of Public Social Services, State Compensation Insurance Fund, State of California, Home Savings of America, Orange County Employees Retirement System, Esprit de Corps, Hutchings Court Reporters, and HealthCare Partners.
