Mr. Stephens specializes in the representation of tenants, purchasers and landlords for industrial properties. His 25-year career in the Phoenix marketplace has been highlighted by working exclusively with such developers and owners such as Seefried Properties, ProLogis, First Industrial, RREEF and Catellus. He has represented such tenants as Federal Express, Airborne, Fuji USA, Uponor USA, Nabisco, Emery Worldwide, Crane Co., AMEC, AIT Worldwide and O’Reilly Auto Parts. During the past 25 years, Mr. Stephens has been involved in more than 500 commercial transactions involving both sales and leasing with a total value of over $225 million. Over 50 building sales combined for an approximate value of $75 million and more than 400 leasing transactions totaled over $100 million. Another 50 plus transactions were land sales to developers and users.
