Robert Steinman

Robert Steinman is a vice president for commercial leasing at Rudin Management Co., Inc. Robert acts as owner representative and leasing broker. Robert structures and negotiates new and renewal leases with tenants from initial contact to lease execution, addresses lease restructurings and terminations, plans and implements building infrastructure projects, coordinates construction and maintenance projects with tenants and building management personnel, and acts as a liaison between tenants and building management. He also assists in analyzing and evaluating acquisition and development opportunities. Previously, Robert was an associate at the New York office of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan for four years. Robert practiced in the firms real estate department where he was involved in all areas of commercial real estate including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of office, retail, industrial and residential real estate.
