Bob has had multiple years transactional success in commercial real estate, leasing office, industrial, and logistics properties, sales and acquisitions of land and mixed-use buildings within three international commercial real estate brokerage companies and for three Fortune 200 companies. His representation includes an extensive list of clients including local and multi-national companies. Bob brings with him to CPI the knowledge of handling complex government approvals, working on project feasibility analysis, and developing land with government approvals. He has successfully completed several multi-parcel land assemblages resulting in development of flex-office buildings, mixed-use retail/residential, and institutional uses. Bob’s served as an advisory of investment groups, business property owners, and corporate decision-makers while being a strategic liaison in the national brokerage and economic development communities to help his clients achieve their goals.
