Rob is a real estate broker and team lead for The Beacon Group powered by Keller Williams Realty, serving not only the Greater Indianapolis and surrounding areas, but also providing National Relocation Services to the entire US, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Rob has nearly 25 years’ business experience, including real estate, entrepreneurial ownership, corporate environment with concentrations in finance, client relations, tax and analysis. Rob has called Central Indiana “home” for most of the past 34 years, having lived in Hamilton, Marion and Madison Counties. As such, he has a strong knowledge of the Greater Indianapolis market and use that to help clients achieve their real estate goals, whether buying, selling, leasing or investing. Being available to clients every day of the week means being accessible throughout each day and answering the phone when they call. Communication with clients is paramount for a successful relationship. Solid negotiation skills are at work on their behalf from initial contract discussions through the inspection process and beyond.
