Rob has over has four decades of experience in Silicon Valley commercial real estate. He and his team of professionals focus on Owner representation (corporate and institutional) with an emphasis on the redevelopment and repositioning of Silicon Valley assets. During his tenure, he has focused on acquisition, entitlement, development, and stabilization of properties throughout Silicon Valley. Current clients include Irvine Company, Hudson Pacific Properties, TMG, MetLife, Invesco, Overton-Moore Properties, Bixby Land Company, Ares, Ohio STRS, WP Investments, PSAI, Trammell Crow Companies, Prologis, and CBRE Global Investors. Rob is a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) and of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Membership in SIOR is by invitation only and earned by tenured performance in the industry and strict adherence to the highest standards of professional ethics. The SIOR designation ensures a level of brokerage expertise unmatched by competing brokers in local, regional and national markets. Rob has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) by completing relevant studies in Finance, Marketing and Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate and subsequently passing the requisite exam.
