Robert Settle founded Commercial Carolina in 2014 to focus on the Brokerage, Investment and Development of Commercial Real Estate. He brings a diverse 30 year entrepreneurial background comprised of real estate and financial services experience with companies such as Highwoods Properties, AG Edwards and NAI Southern Real Estate. In these positions he has developed a reputation for creativity and hard work. Robert is known for his ‘make it happen’ ethos. Robert assists occupiers, investors and sellers of commercial and investment real estate with time critical and outcome oriented solutions. His personal and his firm''''s credo is, "Relationship Oriented. Results Focused". Robert is a Management Graduate from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and holds active Broker in Charge real estate licenses in NC and SC. Robert resides in Fort Mill, SC with is wife Jennifer and three busy sons. They are active members of Fort Mill First Baptist Church. In his off time, Robert enjoys traveling and spending time with his family, playing golf, racquetball and his boys. He is a den leader for Pack 250 Cub Scouts in Tega Cay, SC.
