Robert Schmidt, CCIM

Rob joined Furman Capital Advisors in 2011 and specializes in the acquisition, underwriting, marketing, disposition and 1031/1033 Exchanges of single-tenant and multi-tenant commercial investment properties throughout the Southeast. As a 2007 Graduate of the Hawaii Pacific University’s College of International Business, Rob specializes in cultivating out of market relationships by sharing market knowledge and the many benefits of investing in the Southeast. Rob has been directly involved in hundreds of transactions totaling more than $500M while representing a variety of private, public, and institutional clients. Rob also an active member of CCIM, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is an active volunteer with Rebuild Upstate.
