Robert Pliska

Robert Pliska, CRE, CPA, MBA serves as President of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates - Property Investment Counselors (SperryCGA) specializing in the sale, leasing, financing and consulting of multifamily, retail, office and industrial properties in the Michigan market. With over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, Pliska has secured over $1.5 billion in real estate transactions. Prior to joining SperryCGA, Pliska served as president, owner and/or officer of several commercial real estate firms. He was the president of several full-service commercial realty firms providing sales, financing, leasing, property management and consulting services. Pliska’s past commercial development transactions boast a volume of over $400 million and ranged in product type from office, retail, multifamily, industrial and hospitality. In addition, he assisted in the financing of $500 million in real estate transactions. As a certified public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, he advised real estate and financial institution clients. Mr. Pliska received his MBA from Michigan State University and his Bachelors from the University of Detroit.
