Robert Pagano

Robert Pagano is a senior managing director of the industrial services division at Newmark. His responsibilities include the selling and leasing of industrial facilities as well as the disposition of vacant land. Over his 20 years he has represented landlords and tenants in transactions of all sizes, providing oversight of all phases of the marketing or site selection process, negotiation and supervision of the due diligence phase through closing of the transaction. Based in Southfield, Michigan, he teams with the company’s other transaction and investment sales professionals to advise clients on long term real estate strategies and provide tailored solutions to maximize real estate value. Mr. Pagano is an associate broker. Mr. Pagano has a diverse background of commercial real estate expertise. Prior to joining the firm in 1993, he acquired four years experience at a commercial brokerage firm in the New York Metropolitan Area where he specialized in commercial/retail real estate sales and leasing and earned experience in property management.
