In over 36 years, Bob has leased and sold over 23.5 million square feet of space in more than 1,800 transactions with an aggregate value of over $2.5 billion. Focusing his efforts in the sale and leasing of commercial properties, Bob has been involved in the largest number of lease/sale transactions in the San Francisco Peninsula office from 1988-2021. Bob has a comprehensive knowledge of both lease transactions as well as the sales market. He has established himself as a market leader and recognized expert in his marketplace. Bob has developed multiple long-term relationships with clients through his professionalism and market knowledge, and from 2005-2014 served as the Managing Director of the San Francisco Peninsula Office. Bob is the recipient of the inaugural 2019 CBRE Cultural Leadership Award.
