Robert Kingsford has been an industrial broker since 2007. Robert has closed over $295 million in commercial real estate transactions throughout his career. This is made up of just over 6.2 million square feet transacted during that time. Robert earned his CCIM designation in 2017 and became an SIOR in 2018. Robert served as the SIOR Utah Chapter President in 2021. Upon joining Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) in 2018, Robert was tasked with helping to start the industrial department from scratch to add to the full-service reach of MWCRE. Robert graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Economics. He also served for two years as a volunteer in Uganda, East Africa. Robert coached rugby at the University of Utah from 2007 to 2012. Currently Robert volunteers as the head coach of the East High School rugby team in Salt Lake City which placed fourth in the country in 2019 and won the Utah state championship in 2023 and 2024 At MWCRE, Robert possesses several competitive advantages.
