Robert is a Principal in the Washington, DC office of Avison Young. Prior to that Mr. Katz served as Executive Director in the Washington, DC office of The Ezra Company, specializing in tenant brokerage and consulting services both nationally and in the Washington Metropolitan area. With twenty-six years of exclusive Tenant/Buyer Advisory experience, Robert has been involved in all phases of the commercial real estate process and is recognized as a skilled negotiator in real estate markets across the country. He has represented Law Firms, Associations and Corporations for local, national and international requirements. Robert is a graduate of Guilford College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, and subsequently studied at the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University.
