Robert Hillis

Bob Hillis started Hillis Properties in 2008 after working in the commercial real estate industry since 2000. He was introduced to the industry in the industrial sector and has branched out to office, land and retail at client’s requests. With over twenty three years of experience in the business, Bob has handled a multitude of leasing and sales transactions representing landlords and tenants alike giving him perspective on all sides of the negotiation. He is well respected by his clients and fellow commercial real estate professionals and very grateful for great team that has been assembled to work with him. He has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker every year since 2009. Bob is a native of Binghamton, NY and a graduate of Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Bob lived in the Washington, DC area for 13 years prior to moving to Jacksonville. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, friends and neighbors, golfing and just about any form of gaming!!
