Robert Hibbert

Robert A. Hibbert, Senior Vice President, has been in the commercial Real Estate Industry for twenty years. During that time he has completed over 800 transactions totaling approximately $250,000,000 in gross sales and leases. He specializes in the sale and development of large tracts of vacant land throughout Southeast Michigan. Throughout the downturn, and in the subsequent recovery of the Southeast Michigan markets, Robert has represented both developers and lenders in Michigan and throughout the country in the disposition of their vacant land, and commercial properties in Michigan. Among Robert’s current clients are Lombardo Homes, Infinity Homes, Fuller Central Park Properties, Redico, Burton-Kateman, Pinnacle Homes, Timothy Patrick Development, Echelon Homes, PNC Bank, Sterling Bank, Citizen’s Bank, Sabal Financial, Commercial first Financial, Northeast Bank, and the FDIC. Robert is consistently ranked as one of the top-producing performers in his market. He has also been ranked among the top 10 agents at Friedman for twelve straight years. In 2005, he was named Vice President in recognition of his consistent excellence. In 2011, he was named Senior Vice President at Friedman, which is the highest title awarded to brokers within the organization. Prior to entering the field of real estate, Robert owned his own sales training and consulting business. Robert received his degree in Business Communications from Michigan State University in 1990.
