Rob assists mixed use and shopping center owners implement a proven model to lease space and maximize their asset value. Currently Rob has several active listings to include land for sale/ground Lease in Maryland, restaurant property in Baltimore and retail properties throughout the DC metro region. Combined Properties, UIP, Neighborhood Development Company, Gelman Companies, and YED Properties are among the Landlords’ he currently represents. Rob additionally specializes in site selection for several food and drink, fitness, salon, and learning center tenants. He is well versed in restaurant, investment property and land sales and has completed numerous deals throughout the Greater Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan area. Current Tenant representation assignments are: LP Food Services- a 8 store restaurant group comprising of The Green Turtle Sports Bar & Grille, Neo Pizza, Ryleighs Oyster, Crossbar der Biergarten, and Myth & Moonshine. Other food Tenant include the fast-casual District Shawarma, Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint and Dishestogo. Rob also represents, D1 Fitness, Bishops Cuts & Colors, Urban Mattress, Stemtree Learning Center, and #1 Beauty Supply. Rob brings over 12 years of commercial real estate leasing and sales experience to Divaris and has handled transactions varying in scope from retail and office leasing to land disposition. His prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President of Investment Sales and Leasing for Thur & Associates in Tysons Corner, VA. Prior to Thur, Robert worked with Long and Foster Real Estate, Inc., Commercial Division, TCN Worldwide where he focused on small business tenant representation, landlord representation and commercial investment sales in Washington, DC. Robert holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park and attended Washington College for American Studies. Robert is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. He is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, ICSC and the Arlington VA Chamber of Commerce.
