Robert Gibson

Rob Gibson joined the Arterra team as an advisor in 2018 and has seen consistent sales growth year over year since. Despite real estate being Rob’s part time job in addition to a full-time career as an engineer at General Motors, he is a million-dollar producer through and through. In just the last year, Rob went from $1.9 million in 2020 to $4 million in closed and pending transactions YTD. Having been a part of the company for over three years, Gibson qualifies as a member of our Loyalty Program, where he now earns an 85/15 commission split after meeting his annual royalty benchmarks, as opposed to Arterra’s starting 80/20. Once Rob surpasses his five-year mark, he will unlock access to a 90/10 split.
