Robert Finkelstein’s career in real estate began at Dakota Realty in 1981, where he spent 31 years as a Senior Vice President/Director of Leasing for the Company. As an officer of Dakota Realty, he was an exclusive leasing agent for 445 Park Avenue, 114 Fifth Avenue, 14 Penn Plaza AKA 225 West 34th Street, and 36 West 44th Street, AKA The Bar Building. He concluded leases with Chase Bank, Heritage Auction Gallery, Emigrant Savings Bank, Child Mind Institute, Needham & Company, Dexia Bank, Regus, Janklow & Nesbit, Nintendo, Brown Harris & Stevens, Banana Republic, Bank of America, The Limited, Grey Advertising, Walt Disney, Giorgio Armani, The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Restaurant Associates, etc. Additionally, Mr. Finkelstein concluded leasing transactions as a tenant representative for many companies, including Source Interlink ranging from their office headquarters in Bonita Spring, FL to offices and manufacturing facilities throughout the US from New York to California. Other notable leasing representations were for British American Tobacco, Leviev, Ales Groupe, Pierre Michel, Don Suki, Future US, AKS Beauty Salon, Butterfly Studios, Zukerman Gore & Brandeis, Law Offices of David S. Abramson, Virgo Business Centers, Thompson Publishing Group, Gordon & Silber, Borstein & Sheinbaum LLP, etc. Mr. Finkelstein is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York, a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and YMWREA.
