Robert Fena

Bobby has been handling sale and lease transactions of office properties and commercial land since 1975. He joined Colliers International in Fresno in 1977. He is completely dedicated to the team approach and heads up one of the best office department teams in the Central San Joaquin Valley. During his years in the business, Bobby has leased or sold almost ten million square feet of office/commercial space and over 3,500 acres of land. He was a member of the first group of California Office Property Specialists admitted to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 1983. He is a past President of the Northern California Chapter of SIOR and past member of the Board of Directors of SIOR International. He is also a Trustee on SIOR’s Educational Foundation. Bobby has also been very active with community involvement.
