Mr. Elbrecht has represented or completed nearly $800,000,000 ($8M) in commercial lease and sale transactions involving office, industrial, land, and build-to-suit projects with institutional owners, investors, entrepreneurs, small to medium size corporations, developers, government and non-profit organizations.
