Robert deGolian

Robert deGolian is a Leasing Associate within Lincoln Property Company’s Office Leasing Group, specializing in representing Landlords with the leasing and marketing of office properties throughout Atlanta. Robert is a native of Atlanta, where he attended The Westminster Schools before graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at UNC-Chapel Hill, he was actively involved in the Kenan Flagler Real Estate Club, as well as The UNC Clef Hangers. Robert began his real estate career as a student intern at Loudermilk Companies LLC in Atlanta, before interning the following year at Lincoln Property Company. Following graduation, Robert joined Lincoln Property Company’s Office Leasing Group. Over the past four years at Lincoln, Robert has added value to office properties throughout Atlanta for Institutional and Private Owners. Robert works directly on the leasing of over 3 million SF of office product throughout Atlanta. Current and previous clients include Real Capital Solutions, HD Realty, Crestlight Capital, The Atlantic Companies, and CAG Holdings. Professionally, Robert is a licensed salesperson in the State of Georgia and an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million-dollar club and Young Council of Realtors (YCR).
