Mr. Dee is responsible for the procurement of new investment opportunities and many aspects of the acquisition process including financing, due diligence, and equity. Mr. Dee brings ten years of expertise in acquiring and managing multifamily and commercial properties of varying investment criteria, size and business objectives. His track record consists of 54 transactions totaling ~$800 million in value. Mr. Dee has a successful track record with top real estate operators. Mr. Dee was the Director of Asset Management with Compass Acquisition Partners and was responsible for the supervision of the operations of the company’s real estate portfolio of 4,800+ units. Mr. Dee oversaw properties from California, the Pacific Northwest and Florida. Prior to joining Compass, Mr. Dee served as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst with Benedict Canyon Equities successfully acquiring over 4,379 units representing over $695m of multifamily transactions. Additionally, Mr. Dee managed all investor relations and implemented a custom investor relations platform for providing performance analysis for a $1b+ real estate portfolio to high net-worth investors. Before BCE, Mr. Dee was as an Analyst at JB Partners Group producing annual property level budgets, business plans and tracked operational performance for JB Partner’s 8,800+ unit multifamily portfolio. Robert also served as an Acquisitions Associate and Asset Manager at Roman Group which focused on distressed asset acquisitions. Robert graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Public Policy Planning and Management with a specialty in Real Estate Development. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of California.
