Robert's business focus is on the Southern California Industrial/Commercial Real Estate market with an emphasis on the Los Angeles/Orange County region. Experience includes having completed transactions involving environmentally challenged properties, value added properties, land use conversion for residential and storage developments, sales to big box retailers, and leased investment sales. These experiences, as well as the hundreds of successfully completed transactions, have prepared him to better understand his client’s needs and given him greater ability to assist them in accomplishing their goals. Robert is a North Orange County resident, an owner/investor of industrial properties, an operator of residential vacation rentals in Orange County, and enjoys skiing, travel and photography.
