Robert Bozsik

Robert Bozsik, General Manager of Executive Properties Inc., is responsible for generating cost savings, increasing quality and improving customer service experiences for potential and current residents of six multi-family residential properties, representing over 600 individual apartment units. During his years as General Manager he has implemented cost savings initiatives in overhead that include updating heat sources to a heat pump technology at three of the properties and streamlining corporate office policy and processes. Additionally, he has been responsible for restructuring of personnel and improving benefits for employees. Robert has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. As a senior buyer/supply chain management analyst with nearly 20 years of domestic and international experience in purchasing and supply chain logistics, he has a proven track record of increasing value and maintaining consistent quality service. Robert is a graduate of Michigan State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
