Robert Bates

Rob obtained a BSc Honours Degree in Urban Estate Management (2:1) from Liverpool John Moores University in 1999. Previously he worked in Estate Agency and for a national home builder. He began working with Morgan Williams in June 1999. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and qualified in 2001 as a General Practice Surveyor. Rob has extensive experience in the commercial property sector and benefits from a large Client base, mainly local and regional with several national and some international. He covers all aspects of commercial property and specialises in retail agency closely followed by office, industrial, investment and development property. Rob also deals with property management, professional work such as lease renewals, rent reviews and Valuation. He covers all aspects of Valuation, is an RICS Registered Valuer, and carries our Valuations for loan security, whereby the Practice are panel valuers for several mainstream banks and for private individuals, pension funds and as an independent expert in Court proceedings.
