Rob Williams

Rob is a member of Stream’s industrial division where he focuses on business development and leasing services in Atlanta’s Northeastern submarket. With in-depth knowledge of the Northeastern submarket, Rob is able to identify solutions that meet both the short-term and long-term goals of his clients. Rob began his career as Fleet Manager at a power line clearance contractor where he oversaw the management of a vehicle and equipment fleet spread across 8 Eastern states. His responsibilities included the implementation of software programs designed to collect logistical data points on inventory management, GPS vehicle monitoring, and driver E-log records. Prior to joining Stream, Rob received his MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Rob is a native of Jefferson, Georgia and a graduate of Georgia Tech where he majored in Business Administration Finance.
