Rob Rolley

Rob has an extensive background in customer service, development and leadership having been involved with community development for over 18 years. As the leader, strategic planner and visionary for multi-million dollar YMCA's in San Diego and Colorado Springs, Rob brings strong experience in assisting clients in negotiations, identifying matching products, and positive financial returns. Rob has spent the majority of his life in outdoor friendly areas including Alaska,California, Colorado and Wyoming. Colorado Springs has grabbed his heart and he looks forward to spending the rest of his life at the foot of Pikes Peak. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1987 and immediately moved to San Diego and began a career in management. Rob has two young wonderful boys, and they all enjoy camping and fishing in the summer and skiing and snowboarding in the winter.
