Rob Meeks

Mr. Meeks is the Managing Director for the Sterling Organization. He is based in Leesburg, VA, and oversees leasing and asset management of Sterling's properties in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Meeks also assists the acquisitions team in sourcing off-market investments and analyzing acquisition opportunities. Mr. Meeks has well over a decade of experience in leasing, acquisitions and development. Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Meeks was a Senior Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank where he managed a team of brokers, represented landlords and tenants, and was active in acquisitions. During his time at Newmark, Mr. Meeks worked represented national retailers such as Dollar Tree, Buffalo Wild Wings, Caribou Coffee, Walgreens, and Pollo Campero, as well as landlords including Kimco, Miller and Smith and Rose Investment Trust. He holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and a M.A. from George Mason University. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army infantry, 101st Airborne division.
