Rob Martensen is a Senior Executive Vice President with Colliers International. He is an expert in analyzing market conditions, with a precise knowledge of current lease rates and values. Rob’s organizational skills ensure that transactions close in a timely manner. Rob has been involved in over 350 transactions including industrial sales, leasing, build-to-suits and land sales. The team ensures transactions are aligned with their clients’ business objectives to meet or exceed their financial goals. Whether working with developers, landlords or tenants, they understand the business challenges of each client and develop tactical recommendations and real estate solutions focused on accelerating the client’s success.Clients include The Rockefeller Group Development Corporation, RREEF, EastGroup Properties, First Industrial, Harsch Investment Properties, and Irgens Development.Before joining Colliers in 1997, Rob worked in the residential real estate market.
