Rob Lawrence

Robert G. Lawrence serves as V.P. of Asset Management and Construction and has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years. He is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of the Investment Capital Partners’ portfolio of owned and third party commercial accounts. Robert works on procuring new asset and property management opportunities. He oversees capital improvements, leasing and tenant construction projects across the portfolio. Robert is also involved with ICP’s financial reporting to investors and lenders, analyzing and coordinating acquisitions and development opportunities. Prior to joining Investment Capital Partners in 2007, Robert was an asset manager for the Wm. M. Hotchkiss Company in New Haven, Connecticut and before that with Grubb & Ellis in Stamford Connecticut. During this time he managed a mixed-use portfolio for a pension fund client along with additional third-party assignments totaling well over half a million square feet of managed space. Robert graduated with a major in Psychology and minor in Business from Sacred Heart. Robert holds a real estate sales license in the state of Connecticut.
