Rob Iwaschuk, started his career with Avison Young in 1994 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of Alberta and an internship at Cadillac Fairview. A Principal with Avison Young, since 2002, he specializes in all aspects of the Industrial Market. Rationalization of facilities, land assemblies, lease renewals, sales, leasing, strategic planning, consulting and significant investment sales are just part of the services Rob has provided to his clients. Some of his more notable transactions include: Wesclean Renewal (59,208 sf), WAM Capital Investments (90 acres/$47 million) MTE (300,000 sf), UAP/Napa (90,000 sf) Alberta Traffic Supply (14 acres), Gregg Properties (Building sales 250,000+ sf, Land sales 20+ acres, lease listings, multiple transactions) Rob is proud to serve as an appointed member on the Executive Committee of Avison Young Alberta actively assisting in the strategic planning and stewardship of the Partnership. Rob also sits on the Board of Directors for AEG (Alberta Enterprise Group) and continues to assist in fundraising for Norquest College and the Capital Care Foundation.
