Rob Carpenter

Rob joined Carpenter Properties in January 2017. Born and raised in Jackson, MS, Rob attended the University of Mississippi and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Liberal Arts. Following graduation, Rob helped launch and manage South Depot Taco Shop in Oxford, MS. Prior to joining Carpenter Properties, Rob was with CBRE in Nashville, TN for 3.5 years. At CBRE, he was a member of the Office Capital Markets | Investment Properties and Industrial Sales and Leasing teams and was involved in transactions totaling over $400M. Clients represented while at CBRE included: Cargill, Regions, USPS, First Industrial, Black Box Network Services, CEVA Logistics, KBS, Cardinal Industrial, LAZ Parking, Gunner Kennels, and Nissan.
