RJ Zurak joins Newmark Atlanta, as a Senior Managing Director, after 7 years at CBRE. With a focus on both Landlord and Tenant Representation, RJ and his Business Partner, Brad Kirschner have completed over 856 unique Transactions totaling more than $850 Million in consideration. RJ and his team have been one of the most active groups in Atlanta with a focus on Office, Industrial, and Land Transactions. RJ was named the 2018 CBRE Young Professional of the Year. Prior to joining the Commercial Real Estate Industry, Mr. Zurak, who received a B.B.A. from Mississippi State University, held central roles at TaylorMade-Adidas Golf Company, including serving as its Metro New York Sales Manager for 6 years. As the company’s 2014 National Sales Representative of the Year, the youngest in its history, Mr. Zurak’s illustrious sales background has been built handling a substantial volume of transactions that rank on the higher end of the value spectrum.
