Rico Boeras is a Broker-associate with over 26 years of experience and has closed hundreds of transactions with total sales exceeding $150 million. His expertise includes sales and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties as well as site selection and land acquisition. Rico has served as a director and officer for the Commercial Investment Division (now known as CREA) and served as president in 2017. In 2020 He was named Commercial Realtor of the Year by his peers. Rico is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. Some of his closed transactions included the following companies and many long-time local clients. Rico Boeras is a native and lifelong resident of Sarasota and the son of Cuban immigrant parents. He has forged a strong work ethic and prides himself on the utmost integrity. Personally, Rico enjoys cycling, snowboarding, and surfing. He is married and has 5 wonderful children and now several grandchildren!
