Ricky Read

Ricky is a graduate of Bridgewater College where he obtained a BS Degree in Business Administration. Ricky was also the captain of the baseball team and currently holds 5 school records. After graduating from Bridgewater College, Ricky worked for Shrader Engineering & Land Surveying in Bedford, VA until joining the Commercial Division in May 2008. In July 2009, he successfully completed Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Emerging Broker Training Program. In April 2013, he earned the prestigious CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Ricky is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc. Current and past clients include: Centra Health, Zaxby's, Bojangles, Taco Bell and numerous corporations and private individuals.
