AREA OF EXPERTISE Rick Vaughn has been involved in real estate in Atlanta since 1980. Mr. Vaughn is active in all of Atlanta’s major submarkets representing various tenants/buyers as well as landlord/sellers. He joined Colliers International in 2009 as a Vice President. PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS Recently Mr. Vaughn completed a 499,000 square feet relocation and consolidation for Dover Energy System’s (Hill-Phoenix) corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Conyers, Georgia, which was approximately $30 million in project cost and to be completed in 2014. Also Mr. Vaughn completed a 212,000 square feet HEIL/Hill Phoenix/Marathon Equipment co-location manufacturing facility in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as a 300,000 square feet logistics facility for SKC, Inc., a world leader in polyester film manufacturer headquartered in South Korea. In addition, Mr. Vaughn has been involved in multiple lease and sales transactions for Home Depot, Pro Build, MDSi and HD Supply.
