Rick has been in Commercial and Corporate Real Estate for over 40 years. Starting out with Tom Rohde doing Buyer / Tenant representation for 7-11 / Chief Auto Parts. Moving on to do Shopping Center Site acquisition for local and regional developers. He worked in the Corporate side of the business for Church’s Fried Chicken, doing a variety of deals including surplus property disposition and New store development. Moving on in the Corporate side He spent Five years with E Z Corp, initially putting PayDay Loan stores throughout the Mid-West & Texas, along with some Pawn Stores. He opened his own office again Representing Buyers and Tenants, most notably Family Dollar Stores with their steady demand for new stores, and Popeye’s Chicken in a major market infill to the San Antonio. With this myriad of experiences, there is no deal too big or small, to draw on the wealth of knowledge available
