Rick Quinlevan

Richard C. Quinlevan is the President of Lerner Brokerage Services, the commercial real estate division of The Lerner Company, specializing in retail brokerage, leasing, management and tenant representation. Quinlevan graduated from Marquette University, after which he began a career in commercial real estate, specializing in sales and leasing brokerage activities. He later specialized in corporate site acquisition and development serving within the real estate departments of Taco Bell, Rocky Rococo and Payless ShoeSource, during which period he was engaged in real estate activities in more than 10 states. Quinlevan joined The Lerner Company in 1989 as Director of Leasing and Brokerage and served in that capacity until being named President of Lerner Brokerage Services in March 1996. Since joining The Lerner Company, Quinlevan has achieved more than $85 million in sales and leasing and leased more than 2,500,000 square feet of retail space. Quinlevan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a past ICSC Operations Chairman for the States of Iowa and Nebraska. He holds a real estate license in Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and South Dakota.
