Rick has been an active commercial real estate broker in the greater Puget Sound since 2004. His clients come from a range of industries to include office, industrial logistics/manufacturing, retail, landowners, and developers. Rick enjoys working with a diverse group of clients and is always impressed with the entrepreneurial spirit of business owners regardless of their industry. With over 18 years in commercial real estate, he has completed hundreds of transactions for his clients. Prior to commercial real estate, Rick held executive and leadership roles in the office furniture business. He found the move to commercial real estate a smooth transition as he possesses an excellent understanding of space utilization. Rick is also mindful of his role to not only help his clients with their real estate needs but also with other services required to see their projects to completion. This includes introducing his clients to trusted advisors/consultants in the legal, banking, architecture, workplace strategy, general contracting, IT services, moving, and furnishings fields. Rick and his wife Terry have lived in the Seattle area for 25 years raising their two children, Elena and Cooper, in the great Pacific Northwest. Rick got the golf bug early on in life from his father and continues to spend money and time in search of a low handicap! But what he really enjoys about golf is the walk and conversation in a beautiful place with friends and clients. Rick has served on the Washington Athletic Club board of governors and held leadership roles in the club chairing the finance committee, membership and marketing committee and most recently as treasurer.
