Achieved recognition for Sales Leadership with National Real Estate firm prior to recruitment to develop brokerage platform with JLL / Pittsburgh, PA office. Rick has provided real estate brokerage services since 1992. He has affiliated with Jones Lang LaSalle since December of 2009. He has achieved Top Gun status, recognizing superior client service. Previously, he was with Grubb & Ellis, a national real estate brokerage firm. He was a charter member of the logistics practice group and was a top performing industrial broker, achieving Top 10 status nationally and served on the Industrial Practice Group committee. Rick has been a speaker on industrial real estate and has delivered real estate services on behalf of his clients on a local, regional, and national basis. He has been instrumental in sales and leasing of over twelve million square feet of industrial/office space, over twenty-four million square feet of land sales/development totaling over $565,000,000 in volume over the last five years. He has represented developers (Al Neyer, Chapman Properties, Castlebrook Development, Sampson Morris Group), corporate real estate (FedEx Ground, Shell Chemical, Eaton, Verizon), asset managers and real estate investors (Pittsburgh Business Properties, STAG Industrial, and First Industrial).
