Rick Morris

Rick Morris is a Principal at Avison Young and leads the Suburban Office Practice Group in Avison Young’s Chicago office. Rick has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience serving the needs of tenants, owners, and investors. He is a national tenant representation advisor who has expertise in negotiating transactions for both the public and private sector including lease renewals, restructures and relocations; building purchases; strategic planning for large consolidations; and dispositions. Rick has recently serviced clients including Sikich, Kia Motors, RSA Medical, Phonak, Arrow Electronics, Paychex, SIRVA and Intertek. Prior to joining Avison Young, Rick was a Vice President at Colliers International and was recognized as a top producer. In 2011, NAIOP nominated Rick as a finalist for office transaction of the year for completing 2 of the largest office lease transactions in Chicago. Rick has completed office tenant representation assignments totaling over 5 million square feet with financial consideration in excess of $1.0 billion.
