Rick Hartman

Rick Hartman is a licensed Broker in the State of Florida with eight years of real estate sales experience. Rick sells all three types of property which are the foundation of Hartman Real Estate, but he is a specialist in the sale of land tracts, particularly agricultural land. Rick is knowledgeable about production agriculture, ranch land, beef cattle operations, negotiating with local and regional agencies and setting up conservation easements. Rick graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics. He was an active member of Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity and the Block and Bridle Chapter. While in college, Rick managed a cattle ranch outside of Gainesville which had 1,000 head of cattle. Rick’s professional career includes 25 years in livestock feed sales for Central Soya and Purina in which he assisted in helping producers obtain financing for building, operating and managing large livestock operations. During this time, he served on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Pork Producers.
