Rick Cauthen

A licensed Commercial Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Rick Cauthen joined the company in 2004. He brings with him over 20 years of Commercial Real Estate experience with a rich background in site location and economic development. He most recently left his own real estate and economic development consulting firm to join the Coldwell Banker Commercial Team. Rick specializes in commercial real estate with an emphasis on Investment Real Estate, Listing and Buyer''''s Representation. He also specializes in incentive negotiation for his real estate clients. Additionally, he performs economic development consulting for economic development organizations throughout the US. His distinguished career includes positions as Principal/Owner of his own real estate consulting firm, Site Location Consultant for Fluor Daniel Siting & Consulting Services, Principal of Fluor Global Location Strategies, Director of Economic Development for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, and Economic Development International Project Manager for the SC Department of Commerce. This experience helps him to approach commercial brokerage with a unique perspective allowing him to help clients analyze their options and make decisions to reach their business objectives. Rick is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Civil Engineering and an M.B.A., Business Administration.
